Paul, Yes it does allow you to feel. It's still not like a hard button remote where you can differentiate a left arrow from a right arrow just from "feel". What you feel is the depression in the general area and you can memorize general areas and "feel" your way through it..

The problem with Button remotes is that you can't label a hard button. Never will be able to unless they design a remote with a mini LCD under each button. Sure you have to look at a touch screen to do certain things but on the other hand with a Pronto you can completely make up your own...
Pronto Pro user for 2+ years.. Would never go back to black and white (and I am not a "button guy")! But if I were a "Button Guy" I would own the HTM MX-500 in a heart beat.
