I am sure the other flagships are current limiting. There might be others like Mac that make receivers that are non-current limiting, but these like the B&K are more of a separates manufacturer. I am sure all the mass-market manufacturers have current limiting receivers, flagships or otherwise.
All receivers are current limiting and most of the separate amps are not. Current limiting circuits are built in receivers to protect their output devices from blowing up under demanding conditions.
Usually the spec sheet has the max current draw info. For example: Denon 5803 (170Wx7) owners manual states the max consumption is 12 Amps and the B&K 5125 (125Wx5) has a max consumption of 12.2 Amps. So you can see that the Denon, inspite of claiming higher output in 7 channels consumes less...
