David, thank you for the information about Image DVD. I didn't knew Seymour also played Scrooge in 1913. Legend Films did what they could, but sadly the source was a bad 16mm, so the Blu-Ray edition offer little extra image details compared to the DVD. And it's not the 78min version. There...

May I ask about the 1935 version, Scrooge ? Curious to know if good 35mm had survived for this film. There is a digital cleaned-up version in 1080p, but was colorized, and looks like came from a low quality 16mm, and still have flicker presence in shadows. This print looks like 35mm (dupe)...
