When you decline your monthly selection you get an email confirming such and of course, the site changes immediately to show you've declined, so there really shouldn't be any ambiguity on that front. Of course, its easy to postpone replying at all and then just forgetting, which is what they are...
Yep that worked for me. Guess it just wasn't popping up for me on the home page like it used to. Also strange that when selecting "help" from the "my account menu", where you'd THINK they would offer the chat button (you know, to get help) it doesn't appear. Not even under "contact us" where you...
Anyone else notice that the online customer service (chat) feature previously offered by Disney Movie Club has been removed? Now your only options are to call or fill out a form. Too bad, because the customer service chat was super helpful and I used it quite a few times to get questions...
Curiouser and curiouser. I don't see a coming soon section. Are we talking about the same page? Disneymovierewards.go.com? I'm just talking about the list of titles you see when you click "get rewards" and select "Blu-rays and DVDs." Its a long list of titles with a "more" at the bottom to load...
Great info thanks David! Disney Movie Rewards is back up but something went seriously awry...each title comes up multiple times in the reward list....some as many as 5 times in the same format!
Just got a shipment of new titles and was excited to enter in the codes at Disney Movie Rewards and....down for scheduled maintenance. But don't worry, I'm told: Fix-It Felix is on the case! Is this a common thing?
And for those wondering, the titles I received are: DuckTales volume 1, 2 and 3...
Thanks @David Norman - just as you said, that one-time 60% off deal appeared on my menu so i used it to finish off my collection (minus a few vaulted titles). I ended up buying about 20 titles for an average of $11 each. I did the math and for me, the 60% off deal saved me about $40 versus the...
So I fulfilled my purchase commitment and the site now recognizes me as a VIP member...but my member offer didn't change. It was 40% with free shipping and still is the same. (It did change about a week ago from 50% but no free shipping, but that was before I bought my last title and I think it...
Right - the non VIP offer. I have only one more film to meet my commitment and there are quite a few that I still want (trying to collect all the classics). So given that the VIP offer appears to have just gotten better (for a limited time) what I'm thinking I ought to do is just buy one more...
My offer today changed from buy one, others are 50% to buy one, others are 40% off with free shipping (presumably on the entire order). Anyone done the math and can say which is the better deal?
