Latest reports on the U.S. blu-ray indicate that while the back of the box promotes a lossy DD 5.1 track it in fact has a 5.1 DTS-HD track and a 2.0 PCM track. BD-25

People are starting to get their copies of GOC on Blu-ray from Samuel Goldwyn! The back of the box says Dolby Digital 5.1 - so there might not be a lossless audio option. I've put a query in.

I can guarantee you it's that they entered into production so late on this one that they weren't able to get ANY product to Amazon by street date. Give it 1-2 weeks and then I'm sure it'll arrive at their warehouses. Remember this is the first time Samuel Goldwyn has produced a blu-ray EVER...
