Hi Jim, Thanks for your time and reply ! I was assured that the 8350 and 8345 would work well at 16ft. When I did the calculations at 120inch it gives a range of 12ft to 25ft. So 16ft puts me in the middle. I'm still looking into paying an electrician to do the ceiling wiring. Thanks , Todd

I think I will be getting a Epson 8345r. Great price on refurbished, and I'm smack in the middle of the throw distance of 11.9 to 25 ft. I'm a bit concerned about the size of unit, it is a beast .
