Tried to watch F Troop this weekend - from the older separate season sets. Put in Season 1 episode 1 from the first DVD - it wouldn't load the menu. I tried it on 3 different players in the house, same thing. Started checking the other DVDs and DVD 2 of Season 1 no longer works.
I want to...
Following up: Received replacement discs from Warner Bros in the mail yesterday, so it took just about a month to get them. The discs have the corrected episodes and it is nice to have the additional content on the first DVD. Started a mini-Batmarathon last night. I'm happy!
Ugh. Bad DVDs are still out there! Ordered Batman: The Complete Series on DVD directly from Amazon this past week. Received the set yesterday, popped in the first DVD to watch the first episode - where is William Dozier's narration?! So instead of sitting back watching an episode, I pulled out...
Hey all! Been away for some weeks because unfun stuff interjected into life. Things are settling down now (knocks wood) - and so I had some time to look over on Amazon. In doing so, I noticed The Fugitive Complete Series Box Set has jumped up in price - $76!
Just for giggles, I spot-checked the Mad Men episode (just the Don Draper/Fugitive-like scenes) and there is very little scoring and some music from jukebox/radios. It may be possible. If I have some time, I'll see what I come up with.
Okay, how about a question: Who is/are your favorite...
How cool would it be to take the available scores used in The Fugitive and re-score (yes, replace!) that episode of Mad Men to complete the Fugitive-like vibe? I'm gonna have to watch this episode again to see if this is possible. Would be fun to act as a Ken Wilhoit for the episode...
Any fans of 'Man Men' on this thread? If so, did you catch this last season's very Fugitive like episode? After watching it, I commented over on the SH forum that it felt like we were watching The Fugitive, and it turns out that is EXACTLY what Matthew Weiner wanted...
Think my head almost exploded reading that Khan quote in a Fugitive thread. I have found a home! :D
The secret to saying Kimble like Barry Morse - tons of LLLLLLs. Try it out.
Alright, Joe! Since you had already been sent the 5 DVD replacement pack earlier, sounds like you're all set - and today is the date the running stopped for you. Enjoy!
I found this digging around the web - probably already been posted here - and it looks like it might be a few years old and it's '90s era HTML so kinda hard to read, but it does have some info on Fugitive music.

I'm gonna have to get that Silva...
That's great! So, does the Most Wanted box set CD have everything that the earlier CD release (Silva?) had?
Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated! You are helping to keep this wonderful show alive and viewed the way it was meant to be viewed. Thank you!
I do love the Twilight Zone...
And just went through my Most Wanted box set - compared the creation dates to the 5 DVD replacement pack. All 5 of those DVDs in the Most Wanted set had creation dates of August 2012 while the 5 DVDs in the replacement pack had creation dates of November 2012.
So, by me receiving the set...
Thanks for these recommendations! Are there any more out there? Also, has anybody gone through the various releases of The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, etc and pointed out cues that were used in The Fugitive? Something that would resemble "Twilight Zone 40th Anniversary box, CD2, track 5" -...
In my excitement yesterday, I threw away the box - I didn't think to check. It *may* have said Priority on it, but I'm not sure.
If Carabimero says it is corrected, I believe him. In the short time I've been a part of this thread on The Fugitive release, everything he has said has been true...
THIS JUST HAPPENED! I pulled up to my house and saw a package sitting on the stairs, I had no idea what it could be. Well, it turns out it contained the snazzy looking Most Wanted box set seen on the left in this family photo! They are still mailing out Most Wanted box sets - getting this the...
Yeah, that's what I meant by two. :)
I don't have a dog in this race any more (at least I don't think so) as I seem to have a good "Complete Series" box set - at least all of the places I have spot-checked (and I now see there's a guy on Amazon that has reported that he has a good one, as...
When I called on Monday to tell them that the 5 replacement DVDs were not going to fix those with error-filled "Complete Series" box sets, I was told "We only have one replacement program." The fact that they are now asking which replacements you need sounds like somebody got the word out that...
I was probably one of the first - if not the first - when I called the other day and tried to explain. So, I think others calling - and stating who you are - might help get this "fix" actually fixed.
Has anybody with an incorrect "Complete Series" box set - and there seemed to be plenty of you - received the 5 DVDs meant for the Most Wanted box set only? If so, have you called this phone number 877-335-8936 to tell them that this "fix" won't do?
Screencap of my DVD that includes "Three Cheers..."
Screencap of my DVD that includes "Landscape..."
I should point out that these screencaps are from my 2015 Complete Series box set.
Pop a DVD into your computer's drive. Stop the DVD from playing. On the lower left of the bar on the bottom of your PC's screen, you'll see on the far left a circle with the Windows icon in it. Click on that and it will bring up a menu. Go up that menu (on the right side) to where it says...
Do both of you already have a Most Wanted box set, or the Complete Series box, or both?
I don't have the Most Wanted box, only the Complete Series box. And now, 5 replacement DVDs for the Most Wanted set.
