I agree on Empty Nest. I also feel Shout needs to release Benson as a complete series set and not mess around with individual sets. I have no idea why Benson hasn't been released into further seasons. Just release the series Shout! Both great, Susan Harris series.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that 'Benson' gets the Shout!Factory complete series treatment sometime soon!!! Please Shout make this happen! As for the next Norman Lear series to come out next from Shout I'm gonna guess Maude, just my guess.

Very happy to hear the pilot of ER will be included. I really loved that show when it came out and was disappointed when it got cancelled. I remember it being rerun on lifetime back in the day. Really wish the whole season of ER would be released, maybe one day...

AGREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Well said!!!!!! Benson is the funniest and most well written sitcom ever; in my opinion. A fine, fine show that's underrated and it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Also, I prefer the later Jefferson episodes as well. Seems like great minds think alike huh?

No problem Ron1973!! Glad I could help!! And glad you enjoyed!! I always felt that Benson was one of those shows that couldn't afford to be syndicated or chopped up in order to enjoy properly. A lot of important, funny parts are left out, or it ends abruptly as the syndicated versions cut off...

My Holy Grail would be the complete series of Benson with the 3 filmed alternate endings of the series.

Does anyone think it's a possibility that MillCreek releases a complete series of Benson? 7 seasons 158 episodes. Does anyone know of any music rights issues with the series? Only thing I can think of is the Gladys Knight and the Pips episode, and maybe the Vegas episode.

Ron1973, I'm almost positive the episode you're referring to is called, "Clayton, Go Home." It's from season 2 and episode 16 from that season. And you're right, it's absolutely hilarious!! Hope this helps!

Totally forgot about Diff'rent Strokes. And it kinda makes sense since Shout has released seasons 3 and 4 previously. I wouldn't mind a complete series set of Diff'rent Strokes. I'd definitely buy it.
