How do you delete channels on this tv? I'm not trying to make a favorites list, just get rid of a few unwanted channels that the TV recognizes. I can pull up the channel list (button) but how can I delete from this list?

Sorry, I should have added that for speakers, I'm using 3 (left, right, and center), paired Acoustimas Bose speakers... the little double cube ones.
