Exactly...I've fixed info on several TV show Wikipedia pages! And when you know something is wrong, if you try and delete it Wikipedia people have a "cow"! You can only "re-word" it or add to it. Lot's will also put their opinions in or old tabloid scandal stories when it's just supposed to be...

Don't know about any wedding, although that would have been a great series finale! :thumbsup: But, as for Shelley being listed as being in episode 13 from the last season, but then not actually being in it could possibly stem from--maybe she was originally supposed to be in it but storylines...

I love "Dallas" and loved Larry Hagman...superb actor and J.R. Ewing was one of TV's best villians. Donna Reed was also one of the best actresses and I've loved most everything I've seen her in. I have the entire original "Dallas" series and enjoy her as Miss Ellie on her one season run...

I don't know if Mill Creek would get Sony to let them release the last seasons of "DRS" or not...but regardless of anyone's so-called preferences for a "perfect" release...would we not still be ecstatic over ANY DVD release of seasons 6-8, no matter who was in charge of them?? I mean at this...

Thanks, Mark, for setting the record straight for which episodes were the edited/syndicated ones used on the MPI re-release sets. It doesn't really matter which ones to me...the fact that they used any at all is very disappointing. :( I'm not sure either why they felt the need to use edited...

I did go back and look at the posts you referred to. I'd forgotten about those. Sorry. Still not sure those different special features are enough at this time to make me want to spend the money to purchase MPI's re-release sets though. :mellow: I think for now I'm actually glad I have the Arts...

This is too bad...I also will not be spending the money to replace my Arts & Alliance / Virgil Films sets of the first 3 seasons. It sounds as if possibly those first companies had even slightly better releases for those seasons anyway. :mellow:

Sony has always been a problem with getting a lot of their older shows released to DVD...even when there is a large enough fanbase demanding them. It's almost like they know lots of fans want these shows...so they're just not going to release them. It's like Sony has their own form of ODD...

I truly hope and pray the talks/negotiations between MPI and Sony will resume at some point! :blink: If Sony is supposedly wanting to see how well the re-releases of the first 3 seasons sell before considering allowing Seasons 6-8 to be released, then I'll buy the re-releases from...

Those are awesome special features...I don't see that many interviews with Shelley regarding the show...it's always Paul. I'm not pleased at all about the edited episodes...but maybe with those cool extras I might eventually decide to get the new MPI set. I'll think about it. ;) Thanks, Mark...
