Turns out the problem was the TV itself. LG tv was in ZOOM mode. I went to MENU - VIDEO - changed to 16:9 Thanks for all the help guys!

So it sounds like the setting that changed must be in the TV settings.... I will play with the TV aspect ration settings when I get home and post results. Thanks guys!
