I wouldn't mind a redesign of the cover art. The theatrical posters look better than the photoshopped Bonds in front of an explosion. I wish Disney did the same thing.
The Adventures of Pete & Pete. It needs one more season. It was supposed to come out in '06, but was cancelled at the last minute. Also King of the Hill.
Has anyone played the game yet? Usually the added games are bad and unnecessary, but this one is actually fun. Also the extra One Hour in Wonderland has a lot of footage from Song of the South. That kind of surprised me.
The stupid pop up appeared over the credits just like on Beauty and the Beast. There was no X to exit out of, I had to hit the pop-up menu button. I learned this after I hit enter and was unwillingly taken to the unnecessary game.
Those are the same episodes that are on the R1 set. I'm not sure if the extras are the same. The R1 set has commentaries on all the episodes and some featurettes.
I believe older episodes are in a similar state as the X-Files or Star Trek: TNG. The original footage is on film, but edited together on standard definition video. They would have to go back to the original film and re edit in HD if they want a true HD release.
The show was never aired in HD in 4x3. It was always upconverted until midway through the 20th season. The episodes on the 13th season blu-ray are upconverted. Half of the episodes on the 20th season are upconverted. The 13th season blu-ray would be a good choice because of the durability of the...
IMHO they're not *too* bad. They're rather smallish - much smaller than the current trend of "bugs" on live TV and I also recall them being translucent. After a while I'd not really notice them too much - but then I'd think about it again and *WHAM* in your face... It *has* been a while (over...
How bad are the logo marks on the sets? Really noticable? Too bad they couldn't get the proper Intros. Also the complete series packaging damages the discs. Kind of like the Flintstones and old Fraggle Rock complete series box.
