    Thankfully, Universal did scan and digitally preserve The Glass Web (1953) on their own. It's available on DCP for 3-D equipped commercial theaters since the music rights don't interfere with theatrical distribution.

    My 2016 E6 doesn't have any burn-in. I generally keep the OLED light at 30 and watch in a dark room.

    Bingo. X-Files had to be meticulously restored from various film elements, and even then they still had to use NTSC Broadcast tape sources to fill in missing gaps.

    A new stretch goal has been announced. If the campaign reaches $30,000, the 3-D Film Archive will restore a British 3-D short film by Raymond Spottiswoode that was shown at the 1951 Festival of Britain. We're $3100 away from that goal with 9 days left.

    There's a chance of a Region B 3-D Blu-Ray release since the music rights aren't an issue in Europe. The trick is finding a Region B publisher who is willing to release it.
