Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but here goes: All six seasons of Third Watch are now streaming on the Roku app for free. Only first 2 seasons ever came out on DVD, and the 9/11 tribute only aired twice before.
I noticed that AFRICA-TEXAS STYLE! is being shown on This-TV, which shows movies mainly from the MGM-UA catalogue. I had thought this Ivan Tors-produced movie as part of the Paramount catalogue, but maybe not. Since it was filmed in 1967, it might even be a Warners property.
Mr Lime, do you...
Actually, I know you can't get too specific, but I really appreciate the response. I just wish Kino had the rights to most of these, since I like your business model (compared to some other companies). Thanks again!
Mr Lime
First, thanks to Kino Lorber for bringing so many oop catalogue titles back into circulation!
Second, I've noticed that certain leading men have been showing up in previously released (or announced) titles. But there are still some UA films of theirs' that have not been announced...
Hi Mister Lime
Any chance of more 60's comedies coming up, like Russians Are Coming or Where's Poppa?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Also, does anyone know if Paper Lion with Alan Alda is a MGM/UA property?
I agree with the Alda/Hawkeye-haters. Definitely full of himself after Wayne Rogers left. I actually root for Winchester whenever he goes up against Hawkeye. And Larry Linville's Frank was in the opposite situation for me: annoying at the beginning, but I appreciated him being the punchline more...
I sure hope we get Johnny Cash's "The Rebel" theme in the credits with the DVD release. ME-TV has been showing syndicated versions that only have an instrumental theme song.
Anyways, it makes more sense for Timeless rather than Paramount to release this. Even though this series is EXCELLENT...
Although any list of "great" shows is entirely subjective, and I agree with most of the shows you listed from the 90's, I would argue that two of the shows listed as 80's shows really belong to different eras.
M*A*S*H started in 1972, and spent 7.5 seasons in the 70's, and only 3.5 in the 80's...
Thanks Jeff. Actually, I found $15 cards at a local 7-11. They said MP3 on them , but will work for anything else that a regular gift card does. You just recharge the gift card account like with any other Amazon card. But I like the idea of the coinstar option. As long as you have at...
Hi all Has anyone seen the $15 Amazon Gift Card in a brick-and-mortar store? I've tried CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens, Albertsons and Ralphs, but no luck. I know I can buy them online, but I'd rather pay cash at a retail store. Thanks
Gary is still correct. Even if each season did have EXACTLY 39 episodes, the average for the six seasons is STILL 39 episodes per season. Maybe not the best way of stating it, but still factually correct.
