Yeah as a matter of fact I did receive it shortly after I wrote that last post. I am happy to report that its a great little box! Its small enough to fit in my cabinate without me having to rearrange anything. I have been using it to stream movies from my home server and play some blu-ray...

Seems to be pretty solid. They claim it to be "green" and quiet and small too so it fits in a HT cabinate. Well its just another htpc option out there.
