I've used Import CDs for foreign purchases. Here's the link to that title ...

Sony has farmed them out to Mill Creek in an exclusive release on DVD from Critic's Choice Video and is still available. I have this set and the films look pretty good. Note that MARK OF THE WHISTLER was not included on this release.
ViaVision in Australia released THUNDER IN THE EAST on standard DVD as part of THE ALAN LADD COLLECTION VOLUME ONE. It's a great movie and I will upgrade.
Kino has announced many more Noir volumes are coming. May I suggest this film ... Universal's FORBIDDEN (1953) with Tony Curtis. Republic serial fans will enjoy this one as David Sharpe doubles TC throughout the film.
I remember watching ROOM FOR ONE MORE and really liking it. It was fun to see WB regulars like Peggy McKay and Andrew Duggan starring in a light-hearted comedy series.
The one thing I recall is an episode that featured footage from the WB feature THE BLACK SCORPION long before I ever saw the...
Yes! I love just firing up the Blu-ray and letting it play. Reminds me of the theatrical cartoon carnivals I enjoyed back in the fifties at Saturday matinees.
Antenna TV recently ran through THE GHOST AND MRS. MUIR series on weekend mornings. The episodes had been remastered and looked great. But watching a show like this is tough with the sped-up soundtrack, editing and the closing credits reduced to a small box when the next episode begins.
With TV and movie westerns airing non-stop on channels like Encore, Grit, Inspiration, Heroes & Icons and streaming services like Prime, Tubi and Pluto, I'm sure COLT .45 will be snapped up by many of these programmers.
Universal's remastering of LARAMIE and TALES OF WELLS FARGO and WB's own...
A question: I intended to go all in on purchasing a 3-D TV set back when titles like MAN IN THE DARK, THE MAZE & others were originally released. Life issues got in the way and that purchase never happened. I still continued to support most 3-D releases.
Are there any films already out there...
I know what you mean.
Years ago, the USA Network had an afternoon block of failed/short run sitcoms. Shows like TEMPERATURE’S RISING, THE SECOND HUNDRED YEARS, THE GIRL WITH SOMETHING EXTRA and others were aired. I wish I would have fired up my VHS machine and recorded all these.
Also, USA had...
I’m guessing they only booked a couple of the Stooges shorts because of TCM’s 100th Anniversary of Columbia Pictures. I’d love to see TCM acquire other Columbia comedy shorts (Andy Clyde, Buster Keaton, Charley Chase, Vera Vauge, etc.)
I've not seen this either but I have seen and own the original version (also a Kino release). The original is very good. Anything with Robert Ryan works for me.
The James Arness detective series "McClain's Law" (1981-82) is not a bad show but it's painful to watch Arness attempt to run and even walk at times. He was extensively doubled throughout the 16-episode series.
Could WA add a corrected version of THE EAGER BEAVER as an extra on Volume 3?
I've already pre-ordered and I'm sticking with it. There's too many favorites of mine on this set.
