You need a good receiver that has multiple zones. Yamaha has a good multi-zone and even come with a 2nd remote for zone 2 and 3.

Is the 2nd sub a powered sub??? You probably need to give out a little more info as your current sub is probably hooked up to the LFE/SUBWOOFER output connection on your receiver. I'm sure the experts on here can guide you in the right direction after a little bit more info.
