T4 took so many years to get going I wondered if it would happen at all! Seen all T movies so far on the first screening here in the UK and hope I am up to T4's first screening.. Trouble is, since watching the first one I have got grey hair.. Hope T4 is worth the wait.
Sounds about right to me. I remember years ago going mad with my mates and watching all the VHS Elm St videos we had. One hell of a day and so much beer.
We watched Private Life of Sherlock Holmes on Laserdisc over the weekend which we had never seen before. Very good film we thought and will prob watch it again this week.
Nice to see these 3D films coming out even if only issued in Anaglyph system. I missed the 3D of this film at the flicks so will be looking forward to watching it. My Bloody Valentine in 3D was very good at the flicks, and my parents still talk about watching The House of Wax in 3D at a London...
Only just got into NAD myself as I wanted to set-up for my old LPs. Picked up a NAD 3020 vintage amp and new turntable..Boy how good it sounds. If the newer NAD stuff is anything like the older gear it should be good.
Good on you chum. We watched a few Lasers at the weekend including the boxed set of Show Boat which was very nice. Liked the semi silent version of Show Boat and the 1951 with great colour and the choice of hearing the Ava Gardner sound track with her singing. Sheer joy! After a Laserdisc gap...
OH NO!!! Not 2 more discs to add to the wants list... It keeps on growing. Love Lou so will have to keep an eye out for Africa and Beanstalk. All very interesting and thanks for the news.
Great fun Laserdisc.. We watch ours on a 6ft screen via "S" into a Sony DVD recorder and out via HDMI into the video projector. Sheer joy. Watch about 5 to 10 discs a week and love evry minute.
