I received the season 4, volume 2 set today. The first thing I noticed was in the episode descriptions on the inside of the DVD case, the description for "The Other Side of the Coin" misspells "Kimble" as "Kimball." No closed captions again, only subtitles, as was the case with season 4...
Hunter: the Complete Series was released in Canada on June 22. I picked it up then. Some of the music has been changed. Who cares? The complete series is on DVD. Stop complaining.

I'm just looking at the bible now; I don't know if this can be seen as an accurate indicator of shows transferred to HD. It says that Friday the 13th: the Series has not been transferred to HD when clearly, it has.

When has CBS ever claimed that? They haven't. They say they put classic TV on a pedestal. You don't know the motives of CBS, so zip your lips. They're doing a great job here and still, you complain.
That's not a defect. From the standpoint of a retailer, another set could be just fine. Why would they give you a refund? After all, you could copy the set to your hard drive and then return it to the store, claiming it is defective, and basically get a free set of DVDs. Your story doesn't wash...
