My wife and I are absolutely loving Season 2. I get up really early in the morning and last night we finished episode 2 around 8:30pm and when the episode ended I said I needed to go to bed and she's like, "with an ending like that, oh heck no you're not, we are watching episode 3". We watched...
Quoting myself here but I just learned something new this morning. Bruce Lee is Diana Inosanto's God Father and I guess her dad is something of a legend himself who was a student of Bruce Lee. She's been doing martial arts pretty much since she was born. Even though I didn't know any of this...
Ha! I had absolutely no clue. I've never watched or even looked into the animated series. I'm glad they were able to use the original voice actor. His presence is intimidating.
I enjoyed this final episode quite a bit. For myself I'd rank it right up there with the Mandalorian.
I thought Lars Mikkelsen was perfectly cast as Thrawn. I've never watched the animated series so I don't have any reference as to how he actually is but I thought Lars was perfect in this new...
I recently finished Season 2 and enjoyed the heck out of it. I think I even liked it more than the first season. Michael Sheen and David Tenant are absolutely perfect in their roles and I couldn't imagine anyone else in them. I'm really hoping there will be a season 3.
I absolutely loved this season. I think I enjoyed it more than the first season.
I have noooo idea in what direction they will take the next one, if there is one. For me, I would rank this show along side of The Expanse, For All Mankind and Silo.
Episode 9 was incredible and also helped put a few more pieces of the puzzle together for me. And, I had no idea Earth was part of this universe. I've been doing some searching online but not finding a good explainer as to where Earth resides in this story.
I also enjoyed Demerzel's story...
I finally got a chance to watch this latest ep and although I'm not a fan of musicals, I absolutely loved this episode. If they were to do this often I might bail out of the show, but as a one and done I think it was perfect.
And, I nearly choked on my dinner from laughing when the Klingon...
My wife and I both enjoyed this show and are looking forward to Season 2. Having never read the books I have absolutely no clue what direction S2 will go but I hope they give some indication as to why the came to be.
I was really not liking the direction they were taking Nate in season 2 but I have to say that I now absolutely love the way the writers handled Nate's arc over all. This show has been a pleasure to watch and I will certainly miss it.
Thanks for posting this. I knew nothing of the show other than seeing the ad for it on Peacock and always skipped on past it. But, this sounds like it might be worthy of a watch.
Out of the three seasons so far, I think S3 has been my favorite. And episode 4 was just top notch. It feels like they've really upped their writing and directing.
If you had told me they were going to make a cartoon with Elvis as the main character, I would have laughed and never gave it a second thought. But I decided to watch the trailer and well, this actually looks good. And the cast is stacked.
