There is an authoring error on the 4K UHD disc for this feature, in that any translation subtitles, such as when Truffaut and Balaban speak French to one another, there will be no subtitles visible on screen. The Blu-ray disc does not have this authoring error.

Anyone watching Sci-Fi Channel's airing of Raiders and Temple of Doom? Looks like high def to me. Doesn't compare to Blu-Ray, but looks like typical DirecTV HD. Some maybe high def DVDs are closer than we think. Steve
Why wouldn't they? It was projected digitally in the theater, so wouldn't it be basically the same as projected digitally at home? With a 1080p projector, resolution shouldn't be an issue. And both come from a digital source, not film. I'm very curious about the Hanna Montana DVD from the 3D...
Thanks Jeff. That totally fixed the problem. Once I tuned the HDMI out to off, the sound came through in glorious DTS-MA 7.1! I just finished my theater room with a 14 foot screen and finally a room big enough for 7.1 sound. Sweet! Thanks again! Steve
