Thanks for the info. I have Comcast cable so one run it is. I just found Belden RG6 that is 4.5 GHZ sweep test but it's a tri sheild not quad. The quad is 3 GHZ, would the quad still be the way to go or is the 4.5 GHZ tri sheild a better coax for HD cable?

I have RF 83's and picked up the onkyo 805 a while ago and I'm very happy with the performance and features.

I'm just simply going off what I hear, maybe that's the problem. After I use the room correction I always go back to adjusting by ear.

First off sorry for more on the topic. I'm starting a home theater and wanted more info on coax and rf conn. I know i'm going to use rg6 and commpression conn. I have not set a budget yet and wanted to know what brands and features do I need to look for or any other advice anyone has.

I would stay out of bestbuy, I like circuit city. I also agree that a independant stereo store will give good info and then find what you want and hit the web. You could save lost of money or not much at all.

The 805 is the way to go. It gets warm and is big and heavy but it makes my klipsch rf 83's come to life.
