    Mister Ed Season 6?

It is also worthy to note that both versons (west and east) of the Hallmark Movie Channel air Mister Ed on weekend mornings in four-hour blocks.

Lead series character goes blind for an episode. Name them.

Fonzie went blind after getting bumped in the head in the sixth season Happy Days episode, "Fonzie's Blindness". The Golden Girls dealt with the issue of blindness as Rose's blind sister comes to visit in the first season episode, "Blind Ambitions". Lucy Ricardo experiences blurry vision in the...

Gilligan's Island - seson set coming

I don't know about that. Gilligan's Island hasn't been on cable literally for years. The last time I remember it having any exposure was when the Hallmark Channel had an all-day marathon of the show in 2004.

Laverne & Shirley: The Complete Sixth Season ... FINALLY coming to DVD, May 21st, 2013!!!

Especially ones that have been stalled at one point or another! I hope with this release of Laverne & Shirley means that there is a likelihood of seeing a continuation of Happy Days and Mork and Mindy on DVD (in not-so-distant future)!

Happy Days: The Complete Series: The Ultimate Edition?

THE HENRY WRINKLER SHOW??? ROFL!!!! I think not! Even Henry Wrinkler said that he wasn't the star of Garry Marshall's smash hit 74-84 sitcom (at least during the Ronny Howard years) as that title belonged to either Ronny Howard or Tom Bosely. In my view, the show became more recognizable as...

    Contracting One's Collection

I haven't had that problem at all. I tend to go through phases of getting into a handful of shows, getting burnt out on them, then getting into another batch of the shows, thus the cycle continues. The bottom line is that I always come back to them. That is one nice thing of owning a large...

Looney Tunes Censored 11 comes to Warner Archive in 2011!

I've noticed that pattern too and I appreciate that greatly. What I don't get ... is their choice of releasing cartoons on the Platinum series that can already be found on the Golden Collection series. What is the point of that? I don't think the average consumer wants to purchase the same batch...

Looney Tunes Censored 11 comes to Warner Archive in 2011!

Maybe part of the reason why the sales for the Golden Collections dropped was due to ever-increasing amount of the obscure, black & white cartoon shorts on the later installments of the series. The general public probably weren't interested in those and were not willing to fork over sixty bucks...

Looney Tunes Censored 11 comes to Warner Archive in 2011!

It is bad enough that some of those Golden Collection shorts have been released multiple times already. The Platinum Collection series is more or less a good example of this ... putting out the same stuff that is already available on the Golden Collection series. Then there's the Tweety &...

Looney Tunes Censored 11 comes to Warner Archive in 2011!

The logic behind the pricing is confusing for sure. The DVD version of the Blue-Ray Platinum collection for both volumes are retailed at $19.99 and each contain 50 cartoons. The various Super Stars DVDs are priced at $14.99 with 20 or less cartoons. Which is the better buy? Clearly it is the set...

Looney Tunes Censored 11 comes to Warner Archive in 2011!

I can only speak for myself but starting in year 1935 and going from there wouldn't attract me at first. First, I have little interest in these early shorts given that the majority of them are in black and white. Second, I am not really big on Porky Pig and the early LT characters such as Bosko...

Shout! Factory TV Series Status Page

I still don't understand why Shout! didn't release season six with season five given that season six is a short season. It is not like they haven't released a DVD set that had 39 episodes before (think seasons 3-6 of Leave it to Beaver).

    HERE'S LUCY: SEASON SIX - DECEMBER 18TH, 2012

That episode was definitely one of the series' best. I believe it was written by the original Lucy writers too (Bob and Madelyn)! And for your information, this classic is already available on DVD as it on included in the Best of Collection:Here's Lucy DVD set.

What are your biggest wants, by studio?

I have a good feeling that Life with Lucy will eventually be released on DVD. I think MPI most likely will be the company to release this series as they are already working along side wih Arnaz Family in releasing other rare Lucille Ball programming such as Here's Lucy and the Lucille Ball...
