That's a good point. There are so many musicians that would need to be paid it would be impossible to estimate.

Qui-Gon John, I had the same situation. My manager was unfortunately less compliant, so I had to go buy a used DVD and give put it in the Blockbuster case.

I haven't seen the Blu-Ray version, but the DVD is great. I love Dave. It was great watching him; instead of just listening to him.

I can't stand the music replacement. It takes away from the shows. I wish there was some way to get the original music into the the box sets.
