I have the Toshiba HD-A2 and recently bought the Matrix Trilogy HDDVD. I also have a Denon 2900 DVD player and a Denon AVR-3801 receiver. I frequently compare DVDs played in the Denon 2900 versus HDDVDs played in the A2. This is more for the video differences since that is where the WOW factor...
