Isn't Pam's stint at Pratt for 3 months? I heard she was only going to be there during the summer, so by the time we start Season 5, she'll be back here, in theory. It's possible she'd get an actual artistic job at that time... and if she did, someone else would have to take over for the...
The greatest touch about the Andy proposal last night is that, until that moment, we hadn't seen any of Andy the whole episode. 75% through it, I said "Aw, c'mon no Andy moments at all this episode?" What a huge payoff! The whole episode was fantastic! I had a great time. There were more...
The power of unintentional advertising. On Friday, I'm going to go over to Bob's Big Boy and try my own Big Boy hamburger. I've never had one, so this will be exciting! Tonight's episode will be halloween-themed; lots of potential there!
I'm slightly confused by the Anthem Reference. I don't remember any particularly bad Nat'l Anthems at any recent events. I do however find great, albeit guilty, enjoyment of Donaghy/Baldwin's one man show. That was hilarious. I had NO idea he had that kind of range. I thought Redd Foxx came...
Aw, not a big deal, buddy. It's a common misconception. This is what a Cheesecake Factory restaurant looks like: A more faithful set reproduction might have doubled the production budget
My first season watching this show, and so far I like what I see. It's goofy for goofball's sake. I don't think Donaghy is going to get the gig, but I'm sure that's the idea all along. Why am I not surprised that Jack has such an eccentric "hobby?" Great cameo by Steve Buscemi (that was him...
Another amusing episode tonight! I enjoyed the "how did they do it" flashback sequences, and the sandwich substitution was entertaining. Despite the hilarity, I'm hoping HIMYM can continue to run season-long story arcs that drove the first two seasons. Unlike most sitcoms, I think the ongoing...
The animation sequence reminded me more of "Pale Force." I don't know, it seems to me that the writers are running out of ideas. Keeping Earl in Jail this long is hurting the show. I thought he'd be let out during the first week. After all, a summer is 3 months out of the year!
I think one thing that will help the show along is the return to regular half hour episodes. This will allow the crew to cut out the fat and make storylines more cohesive.
I'm sure most of us who've been to the Cheesecake Factory don't remember it like that, but a more accurate depiction may have caused some copyright infringement. --- Man I LOVE Sara Gilbert's character... she is so hilarious! Incidentally, she also played a role in last year's "The Class"
The Lightsaber scene was awesome! I was wondering if Penny eventually meets some other female friends. She seems very friendly (and attractive), so I'd guess she might have made some friends from working at the Cheesecake Factory, among other ventures. It seems unrealistic for anyone to...
I'm confused. What was it about Stanley admitting his religion that was so biting? -- if in fact he was telling the truth, I wouldn't know. Anyone know why my text looks different from the text in all the other posts?
