    I guess it is not that type of amp, it is an older Harmon Kardon and all of the inputs are L/R RCA jacks. The DVD does have a single coax audio output; is there any way to split that?

    How to run DVD to 2 sources?

    Does anyone know if it is possible to run audio straight to a TV and into an amp at the same time? I would like to be able to watch a dvd through the TV's speaker without turning on the stereo AND also play a CD using the same DVD player to read the disc without turning on the TV. Any help...
