Thanks Richard (I'm in Vancouver) As a matter of interest does anyone have any experience with Onkyo's Net-Tune software - how easy is it to use, does it have an intuitive interface? I con't seem to find any screenshots or write-up anywhere. Any links? Thanks all

My Denon amp always turns on at the volume setting it was turned off at which can be a pain late at night!. I seem to remember that I read somewhere that an Onkyo will always turn on at a preset volume defind in a "setup" program? Hope this question makes sense???? Can somebody confirm...

If it's any cosolation, I have exactly the same problem, except mine is zone 3 and the amp is a 3805 - output only from tuner (in fact I was about to post a new thread when I saw yours). As regards PC output I don't have a problem but then I'm using a coaxial output and feeding into Tape...
