Ah ... convergence board ... that sounds like it could be it. Does each projector have a convergence board? Or is there just one that controls all 3 lenses? I'm a little surprised that just one color has gone goofy. Here's the link to the image ... http://tinyurl.com/k6phe

We've had our Sony KP-61HS10 for about 5 years now, and all of a sudden the green projector has gone bad as shown in the picture below. It holds convegence across most of the TV except in the upper left corner. I've tried Flash Focus, resetting the TV, and manual convergence, but nothing...
