My 14yr old 32" Toshiba now has lines at the top until tv is on for about 1/2 hour. Then there is a slight stretch at the top giving heads at top of screen a little cone head effect. Is the tube finally going or can it be saved. I had hoped to wait until things are more stabilized in the HD...
