Well, multiple signals. But it does the same thing, whether I am using the input from the cable box, or just the cable signal without the box. So it's not as if the cable box is causing the problem. Thanks for your response.

The problem I am having, is that when trying to watch a standard 4:3 program, I have lost the ability to watch it in "NORMAL" mode with the gray bars on the side. When I toggle between NORMAL and FULL they look exactly the same. ZOOM and WIDE ZOOM work as they should. I can't understand why this...
