So i've decided to purchase a new tv as opposed to rears soon and based on my budget ($1500ish canadian) I found that most rear projection CRT's are the best choice for my budget as the size of the tv doesnt matter however screen size is definatley a factor (upgrading from 20 inch toshiba)...

i've got a paradigm pw2200 and i like it, i'm no expert but everything i've read shows it being a good sub plus for the price i paid i couldn't go wrong. mind you it's not a great choice if your wife has to see it mind you for $30 maybe you could buy a nice piece of wood and stain it and place...

Yah I emailed him about it today, gonna hopefully take them to a local shop to get them looked at tommorow, only problem is I broke my foot last night and now have no way of lugging speakers around with me and have to rely on my dad to shuttle me places.

being new to this i'm kind of hesitant to take the tweeter out but if it's just a matter of taking off the screws popping it out and then popping it back in i could handle that i'm sure, i'm going to take it into a local shop on wed to let them listen and then email the seller after that
