I watched the 4K release of 'McCabe, and Mrs. Miller' from Criterion. No HDR. Great.
I wish this was implemented on many more classic films as I do not feel many of them need HDR at all.

The Red Fury (1984) FTV
I really liked this film about a Native American boy that is lost after he falls off a train and is taken in by a kind, no nonsense horse trainer/farmer. Locations, and setting of a very small town (Arizona?) at the turn of the century are beautiful (wish it was a...
I cancelled my order of Aliens. I pre-ordered it months ago, and I got a message from Amazon saying it was delayed. The message from Amazon asked me If I still wanted the order, and I realized that I really didn't.
I received my copy of "The Lincoln Conspiracy" today.
The quality is very nice. I'm really happy with this, and hope KL has a deal to realease many more Sunn Classic Pictures.
Bullets Don't Argue (1964) FTV
I guess you could also call it 'the further adventures of Pat Garret'. I absolutely loved this Spaghetti Western film. Pat Garret in a small desolate town getting married to his lovely new bride, while two outlaw brothers plan to rob the bank as the wedding...
I think all the Godzilla films have been pretty average. But I will say that both the 4K, and 3D of Godzilla vs. Kong are reference quality. They are both amazing, so I tend to watch it more than the others for the superb quality.

Night Passage (1957)
This may be one of the best looking Blu-Ray discs I own. Absolutely gorgeous.
That being said I still can't quite enjoy this story about an accordion playing railroad man played by James Stewart with a plan to thwart train robbers. Audie Murphy seems out of place in...
I watched the Star Trek TOS episode "A piece of the Action" from season 2. I never liked this one, and watching it again may be one of the worst experiences I have had in quite some time with a TOS episode. Will remember never to watch this one again, and that is saying a lot as most TOS eps...
