I was supposed to get my 25-31PC+ friday afternoon, but my wife decided to go shopping instead of staying home and signing fot it when it arrived. All I got was a UPS sticky saying I wasn't home, I had to wait through the weekend and pick it up myself(at UPS).

i just plugged in my 25-31PC+ and all I can say is, WOW. $805 shipped. now i need to figure out how to calibrate it.

Should I block one of the ports so I can get lower sound or should I leave them all open? With no blocker in it is set at 25, with one blocker it would be at 20. Help me out, it arrives monday.

it better surprise us, we have had no sub since we went with a digtal reciever a couple years ago. before that it was a bose cube sistym with a passive sub.

7.1 in satellite(Gallo micros/Orb audio/Omnisats) or 5.1 in bookshelf/center/bipoles(axiom/wharfedale diamond 9) or energy take(3 LCR and 4 SAT). i will also be using a svs 25-31pc+ sub. or would it be better to scrap the svs and just order the canton movie 22-X ll anyhelp would be nice.

What are the benifits of getting the more expensive over the lesser? I have read about people having them tuned to 22hz instead of 25hz, what are advantages and disadvantages to doing that?
