This is horrible news. I will still buy the sets as they come out, but I too believe that with this decision by CBS/Paramount, we will never see all 20 seasons released. We can only hope that they come to their senses after they see the fans negative reactions to this release, and continue with...
I wonder exactly how limited the 5-Disc Set will be, because I don't want to get screwed out of enjoying that workprint. Guess I will have to order it the first day its available online.
Damn It! I Shell out $30 for version 3.0 and this crap happens. I love the New Invelos Software, so obviously it HAS to be ruined! And the "big" deal with DVD Profiler is that its better than DVDSpot, to the extreme! (Just My Opinion)
I received my set today from amazon. It looks wonderful, I have really grown to like the slim packaging. The only complaint I have is the lack of commentaries. Only One. It seems that in the past we could count on Warner for a commentary for every film in a box set like this. Examples: Film Noir...
I too was slightly disappointed that the 1930 Dawn Patrol was not included in this great set. I understand that it is an "Errol Flynn" collection, but that didn't stop Warner from including The Maltese Falcon (1931) and Satan Met A Lady (1936) in their "Humphrey Bogart" Collection. But I fully...
Great News, If Its True. I would gladly double dip on AFOD and FAFDM and triple dip on TGTBTU. I wish they would do a new commentary track for TGTBTU with Eastwood and Wallach, though I know thats too much to ask for. That Commentary Track Would Be The Greatest DVD Extra of ALL TIME!!!!
I received my set in the mail today from amazon.com. I'm planning on watching it all this weekend. These episodes are so much fun, I have not seen them for a very long time.
I will be picking up The Third Man reissue. I love the cover, I had been dreading that it wouldn't be as good as the previous versions cover which was also superb.
Got the Limited Edition Steelbook Edition from Best Buy on Tuesday. Has one of the best packaging jobs i've ever seen. I love the films logo with the Boston Skyline on top of the handgun.
