There is going to be commentary on 4 episodes and an interview with Billy Wirth (which makes no sense since he isn't going to be featured except in the highlight show).

The TV.com episode guide is wrong; what they have listed as the first and second season is really just the first season episodes. There third season is really the real second season etc. American Gladiators (the original) only had seven seasons not eight.

Hopefully Sony starts leasing some of their titles to Amazon that they have no intention of finishing (even better would be letting someone like Shout Factory take over).

Received mine today and started watching them. They fast forward alright for me. BTW: I am watching them on my laptop so I have no idea how they work in a regular DVD player.

Also it seems dumb to have Malibu and Sunny on the cover if it wasn't the entire first season as they only appeared in the first half. Why include gladiators in the picture that aren't even featured in episodes on the DVDs?

It is only a week or so before Charles in Charge S3 is released and I haven't seen a list of the episodes that will be on it. Does anyone know what ones will be included because Season 2 wasn't exactly like the lists online, some episodes that aired in S3 were included and some that aired in S2...

I can't believe that Pete and Pete sold that bad that Nickelodeon won't get off their behinds and release the final season.

TVShowsonDVD has announced that the final two seasons will be released on May 1. I can't wait especially to see some of the special features.

I never saw Head of the Class in its first run, but I have been watching it on In2TV and would buy it on DVD in an instant.

Mine doesn't, but alot of people on the GSN message board has mentioned the same problem you are having. Did you buy your DVD recently? Most of the people that got their DVD's when they came out didn't have any problems, but those who got theirs later on are.

Mine had the exact opposite problem it was tough to get the discs out of the packaging.

I just checked my order status and mine has shipped so I should get it Mon or Tues. I didn't receive an e-mail like I usually do telling me my order shipped. So if anyone else ordered from there you might want to check your order status on their website because yours could have already shipped...

If you watch CIC on WWOR in New York, no they do not cut any scenes on the syndicated episodes when they air. I don't know about other channels.

I saw this show when TVLand reran it a few years back, but they only showed the first season and some of the second. I would love to see the entire series be released.

I heard rumors that the WWE is working on Royal Rumble and Summerslam box sets. Don't know if that is true or not.

TBS airs the NBC episodes in production order instead of the order they originally aired.

Are You Afraid of the Dark? Season One is a Canadian only release because Nickelodeon owns the DVD rights in the United States.

I agree that Nick should release there old shows. Especially Are You Afraid of the Dark?, instead they are losing sales because people are either importing season one from Canada or buying bootlegs. I know I would buy several classic Nick series if they were released.

That is the main reason the show doesn't air on GSN in reruns. If they can't get the music rights for reruns it will probably be impossible to get the rights for DVD releases.

WTB? was on Nick at Nite until about a month ago, but you wouldn't know it since it was on at 3:30 in the morning. N@N had to get the 500th showing of The Fresh Prince and Roseanne in to give Boss? a good time slot.
