I am trying to get this thing out to someone before Christmas comes. THis same screen sells on websites for about $250+ shipping Ill sell it for $125 and ship it for $10 UPS or $15 ups to a residential location.
Never opened. Located in AZ, prefer local pick up....but can ship UPS and charge actual shipping costs. $125 (not including shipping if needed) email- [email protected]
Dan- I like you have never seen them. I try and look for them on my 4805 projecting a 106" image in a dark room and have had no luck...which is a good thing I guess!!!
Every type of delivery service has a high chance of damaging your stuff. When I got my pb2+ yesterday...I looked in the back of the bax truck and my box fell over and was on its side. Everything seems to be in good shape though. The hole on the outside of the box scared me a little. Are...
I really dont see how they sell any pb1+ with the little price difference between the pb2+ and the pb1+. Why would someone get the pb1+ instead of the pc Ultra? Even closer in price, with the ulta having a better driver.
My dad has the sunfire, and I just ordered the pb2+. The only svs sub I have heard is a 16-46 and that was what made my decision to get svs. I can only wait to hear the pb2+. The sunfire is still really good, but I was looking more for that shake your whole body and go low sub.
I just picked mine up for under $900 new with a warranty from a authorized dealer. I dont know if you are looking to buy any speakers, but you get this price I guess when you are a customer. I dont know if we are allowed to post where I got this price, but I can say that I love my rockets
Something that I dont understand on the cylinders is this... If you can tune any cylinder to 16hz....why pay the extra money for the 16-46 instead of getting a 23-31 or the 39" cylinder and having it tuned at 16hz? Seems like same product but cheaper. Am I missing something here?
Ahh not being married is going to be great when I get my svs. ALthough my girlfriend will be very happy with my choice. How does your pb2+ sub sound with the 16hz tuning? Is that the tuning you all use or do you do the 20hz tuning? Reason why I am asking is because I demoed a 16-46pci and...
David- with the setup you described...during different movies if you wanted more or less bass would you adjust the volume with the sub level on the receiver?
I just got my 4805 on Friday from TVauthority. My screen will also be here shortly. I dont think I will even use it. I have it setup shooting on my white wall with about a 106" and it looks great to me. No way I am going down to a 92". Probably will sell it right away.
While you guys are talking about calibrating the sub I have a question. I am a little confused on the reason to calibrate it to a certain decibal. I completely understand the reason for the rest of the speakers. I always think that for different movies, music, and how much bass you want you...
What I am interested in knowing if people buy projectors like the 4805, HS20, Pana500, Benq8700+ and use them for huge screens, or do you need a really expensive projector to get a great picture on that size screen
What projectors do people use for large screens like 140" plus that will give a good picture? I figured cheaper/entry level projectors wouldnt be suitable for this size image. Is this true?
I dont know anything about that projector...but the guy at projectorcentral said that he doesnt carry that one and may drop the Benq line because he feels they are cheap. Like the equivilant of buying your dvd players and stuff at wal mart. Dont know if it is true. take it for what it is worth.
I have not heard anything about calling in versus ordering online. I placed my order over the phone. They said the next 4805 shipment should come in Fri or Mon and then they will ship out. The screens come from Da Lite and its about 2 weeks according to them. Yes, I did buy the 92"
I am in the same situation where I may want a tall stand instead of a ceiling mount.
I dont know if you have an Ultimate Electronics near you, but at my local UE, in their projector theater room...they have a fiberglass stand that is about 6-7ft tall. Looks pretty good and is not noticable...
The 70" sony is pretty sweat. It retails for $7k. Can get it for about $6400. You should check it out before you spend more then that on a different tv.
I like the Kill BIll SOundtrack. Has many different sounding songs. ALl kinds of pitches, sounds, and anything you would want. But then again when I first saw Kill Bill I wanted the sountrack right away...maybe its just me.
Parker- Yes I did talk to him and he did inform me that a upgrade could be worked out. However, from Da Lite the only fixed screen that interests me is the Cinema Contour...and that is out of my budget. I plan on purchasing a Carada screen. They look great from what I have seen and heard. Plus...
Kyle- I actually meant to ask if the 4805 would be a good choice to use with a 96". Sorry about the misinformation. Has anyone experienced a 4805 with a 96" screen?
