The pilot was decent. Good cinematography and Rebecca Gayheart in a thong (yummy!). However, the lead investigators acting is atrocious (very stiff). Overall, I'll watch the next episode or two and see if it grabs me, but I doubt it'll make any sort of decent run. At least we have MNF.

I don't believe it's available on DirectTV yet. I'm not sure about the cableco's, but it is available for Dishnetwork. You're not missing too much though yet, there hasn't been a ton of HD programming yet and what HD I have seen has been rather average compared to some of the other HD broadcasts.

Sad to see that reviewer not enjoying the film. My father, brother and I can literally recite the movie verbatim from seeing it literally hundreds of times. Anytime we pass a cop we still have to say "I bet they have S.C.M.O.D.S". It was a staple of my childhood.
