Nope, no English subs and that's probably the main reason why there aren't many reviews out there.

10 on 10 doesn't have English subtitles, but the option for the English dubbed version is offered along with the french obviously. Amazon.fr ships around the world, if you already have a log in for Amazon.com you can use the same one at all other amazons.

Like Jeff mentioned earlier, just an all region player will play only NTSC discs no matter what the region so please make sure that you player is 'properly' able to convert Pal to Ntsc as many players don't convert the picture in proper format. Also you can't compare R2 PAL to R3 NTSC, because...
