In addition what Robb Roy said, check if the optical cable is not bad, after putting the TV back that u didn't break the fiber optic, get another cable or just check if you can see light from the receiver side of the cable

Well I have seen this problem, if time btw the track is more then 2sec AVR will start unlock and start looking for signal again, so check with other CD and see if u have the same problem Ivan

I am looking for 2 or 3 (not sure yet) sets of component cables 1m and 2m. Right now I have 2 sets of Monster Video 3 Component cables, Monster are good but I still believe are overprice. So could you recomend component cables, good and not so expensive. Thanks Ivan
