Well, to answer your question there Ray_R, a few months back when Warner had a chat, I asked about Bullitt if there would be a chance to do a 2 Disc Special Edition, and they responded with, "they're working on it now" and when i asked when it was to be released, they said like 1-2 years. so...

universal didnt do the 2 disc special edition of deer hunter. deer hunter is owned by wb in uk and is released under the 2 disc special edition banner thus its not universal, thus making universal still a horrible dvd company. ;)
