Sorry but I don't understand. Is the HD-A2 not essentially a computer with a DVD drive? Why would it not recognize a wmv hd disk?

I bought a new disc and my hd-a2 won't recognize it. The player says it's not a DVD. The packaging says it's an hd dvd but it requires a computer with an hd dvd drive. Isn't the hd-a2 just that? Is there a firmware upgrade needed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Get the upgraded center cause the one that comes in the set is weak. You'll notice a huge difference with the bigger center. It'll give you clearer sound and it'll keep up nicely with the mains.

No question about it...Fluance AV-HTB or SX-HTB. Can't beat the price and the sound is incredibly good. I have the AVs but I wish I got the SXs which are supposed to be even better.
