Could someone tell me what the options are for mounting the surround speakers to the wall? Do you have to drill holes in the back of the speaker? Also - I would like to get ones that swivel (if they make them) - where would I pick something like that up?

After doing my homework, I decided on a system - the HTS760. I can find it everywhere, but Onkyo supposedly makes an "s" version - the only difference is that the s is silver instead of black. Any idea who might have one? Is there a comparable system for about the same price?

I am in the market for a HTS - is there a special set-up for a room with cathedral ceilings? Would any system have an advantage over the others in such a room? Room size is approx 16' x 22' with a height of 16'.
