Probably a combination of both, I always want to make sure I am getting the copy with the best audio & video, but as far as features go, I just want to know what all is out there....I won't go crazy just cause this or that version has one extra deleted scene or something, but I know I have run...

I just received my return label for Smallville S3 that I got from them that was damaged. Which was the only bad disc out of the 100 or so that I've gotten from them that I've had a problem with (and from what I hear, that set has problems no matter where you get it from), they were pretty quick...
