Just to let you know, the title says sound card... but, I use to have this card and its great! I'm not sure if it comes with it, but this card is/should be capable of HDTV out and a great HTPC! just toss it into your old computer!
good question Christopher. Right now I'm running an onkyo receiver to a Carver PM-350 to a passive subwoofer (TC sounds). However, even with gains and sub levels at max, the signal that the receiver is sending to the amp is toooo weak. The sub isn't loud enough. That's why. Also, here's a link...

no offense, but it doesnt sound like you're too computer savvy... i suggest downloading a program called astra32, run it, then post a screen shot of that. press print screen on your keyboard, then copy in paint, and save that as your picture... it'll show the manufacturer for a lot of the parts...
But... there's sites like heatware that allow for feedback from a bit more personal stance, such as forums, also- don't we have a good trader's list? Shouldn't these devices allow for trust between buyers and sellers?

The thing that's broken does not affect it at all... its one of those items that kinda slows down turning mechanism- and I cannot possibly see how the whole lens can break off.. its a common problem apparently with people that uses the Hoya lens as putting it on and off requires a bit of force-...
Alrite, I haven't touched this thing in a 1 1/2 after I moved.. Great sound, and good condition, minor scuffs due to move, and one peg is broken that holds the grille to it- still fine though especially if you dont plan on moving it often. Ebay's been giong for about $75 plus shipping. I just...
