This great film from 1983 with fine performaces by Robert Duvall and Richard Harris is way overdue for a dvd release.

Does anyone what the hold-up is on getting this fine film from 1983 onto dvd? It has fine performances by Michael Caine and Julie Walters.

Alan Parker (Evita-Angel Heart) has always been one of my favorite directors. So I'm wondering why Warner is taking so long to release this fine MGM film from 1981 starring Albert Finney and Diane Kenton.

I can't believe Fox still has not released this excellent film from 1978. It had an academy award nomination for best picture and best actress nomination for Jill Clayburgh.

These great films are way over due for a dvd release. Come on WARNER!

Just got done watching FAME and thought what a great director Alan Parker is with most all of his films now out DVD except SHOOT THE MOON. This is a great film from 1983 with a powerful performance by Albert Finney. This is an MGM film I believe owned by Warner.

In regard to IN COLD BLOOD some of the black levels are TERRIBLE in particular the night scene that actually recreates the murders. Any chance of seeing these Columbia films released on dvd? YOUNG WINSTON / EDUCATING RITA / SLAVES OF NEW YORK

Universal is releasing YANKS on March 1 2005.

I'll second HAWAII way overdue.

This is an great film from the seventies that had an academy award nomination for best picture and an oscar nominated performance by Jill Clayburgh. This film is overdue for DVD release.

The Comfort and Joy listed by DVD Empire is a different film. The one I want came out around 1986 and is about a Scottish DJ and about "the ice cream war".

These excellent films are way overdue for release on dvd as are alot of films from the eighties and late seventies.
