I contacted the local distributor and posed a few questions about this system. Apparently the reason why I can't find any info on it is because it has not been officially launched yet. It is only supposed to be launched sometime this year (2003).
It's known as the AR-ATS-1000 DVD Digital Theater System, and it supports DD5.1, DTS etc.
It has 5x 3-inch 50W bass reflex speakers and an 8-inch 100W active subwoofer.
