Hey, one more thing, and relative to the original post. DVI does not carry any audio where HDMI does. So, if you are running a FP, then HDMI is not really needed, just the digital video since your processor should be handling the audio.

BTW- the Lexicon RT-10 can be modified to have an SDI output, and the new DVDO iScan HD is said to be discussing a SDI upgrade option. Could be a powerful (yet expensive) combination.

Indeed the DV-50 seems to set the standard right now. Is it upgradeable at all? Even though there does not seem to be any processors yet available to accept a multi-channel digital connection, it would be nice to see this as an upgrade option on the new players coming out. And DVI as well...
