I'm currently using an Accoustic Research cable with my dvd player, and I really like the picture I receive. I will be moving soon, however, and I'm going to need a longer cable in my new setup. I was thinking of just getting a cheap component cable off eBay or one of the $10 ones I saw at...
Is it much better than the PS2? Does it support progressive scan and DTS tracks? I'm just wondering if it's serviceable to use until I get a blu ray player in a few months.
It comes with the manual, remote, component cable, and original box. Basically just everything it had when i purchased it. Send me an email if interested. [email protected]
In mint condition, no scratches or anything. I've only had it a little over a month. I just couldn't pick up any HD channels other than PBS in my area so I've decided to sell it. Comes w/ a 3 year Squaretrade warranty. Price is $135 shipped.
I'm going to law school next year, and I am in need of a laptop. I'd really like someone to recommend one for me. I don't need anything too fancy, but it needs a Dual Core or Pentium M processor, 1 GB Ram, 60 GB hard drive, wireless internet card, and a 3 yr warranty. I'd also like a 14''...
I have been thinking of picking up the PB10 to replace my HTIB sub as well. You cannot adjust the crossover frequency on my Yamaha HTR-5560, however. Is that important with the SVS?

Well it says here that DTS is mandatory for HD-DVD and Blu-Ray but that DTS HD is optional or am I reading it wrong? http://www.dtsonline.com/consumer/dtshd.php

I haven't heard the Tykes, but I don't see how they can possibly be worse than the Onkyos. I had the Onkyos for about a year, and they were terrible. The sub was decent, but the speakers were incredibly muddy sounding and lacked any detail.
My receiver is the Yamaha HTR-5560 and one thing that I have noticed is that I cannot adjust the volume of the main speakers, only the center and the rears. There is, however, a way to adjust the left-right balance between the main speakers. So am I supposed to get the main speakers equal in...
