Well I just got the new Sony S50ES integrated DVD/receiver. And whenever I see bright reds or blues it is very, very pixelated....is this the chroma bug? I have seen it in at least 3 movies. What's more, I have seen a visible, slim, band of discoloration at the top and bottom of letterboxed...

I think if you do not have an extended warranty you should still call the store from which you bought the TV and ask them what it would cost to have them serivce the TV. And then perhaps call a few other stores just to compare prices. Sorry to hear. :frowning:

Hi, I just need some measurements of the actual area where you can place components..I have guesstimated the width to be 32", but I need to know the vertical clearance for the bottom shelf and the top. Thanks in advance. :)

If there are four, there are actually five I think... ...Don't forget the Marantz 7300, great reviews, similarly priced and smimilar feature set. I am in the same arena here...but I narrowed it down to the Marantz and the Onkyo...can't decide. :frowning:

Thanks Lance, But between those panasonics and the Sony ES product...I would go with the Sony. panasonic makes good stuff...but the Sony 50es is a fairly solid product for an integrated piece...besides, I think Ihave seen the light and will be going with the seperate receiver and dvd...mid...

Well I jsut check prices and features on the 900..it exceeds my budget...the lowest I can find it for is around $1250. It does idneed have some great features... ...any other suggestions? The Marantz 7300 still seems like a great receiver...big improvements over the 7200.
